The summer and winter schedule indicate which weeks a are available (green is available, orange is reserved, and red is occupied). If you are interested in a certain week , please contact us via the contact form on the website. Please fill in your name, address ,phone number and the week that you would like to rent. We will then contact you shortly to confirm that the week is still available and will change the colour of that particular week to orange. The reservation is firm when we receive 200 Euro deposit on IBAN no NL 32 RABO 0365409537 of the Rabobank of D.Doornbos. Also indicate the dates of the rental, and the number of persons that are in your party. You should do this within two weeks after our first confirmation. You will receive a confirmation when the deposit has arrived and the colour of that week wil be changed to red.

The following are the rental conditions:

The winter rental period is from sundayafternoon  4 pm till the next sunday morning 10 am. 

No pets, no smoking.

You have to return the appartment in clean condition.

The remainder of the rental fee should be transferred to our bankaccount two month before the start of the rental.
There is no restitution of paid amounts. This can be covered by your own travel insurance.
